I worked cross functionally as a co-lead of the UX Design team for Philly Truce to iterate & design phase 3 features & interactions. I interviewed & mentored 4 apprentices. I led sprint planning & pivot strategies to ensure that our deliverables maintained the course to the MVP. We delivered 5 flows & 16 new interactions to the developing team & the stakeholders for the web app.
